Meet Kelley; a lovable 8 year old bulldog whose life we saved last week. Kelley decided that eating bird seed was a good idea, which sounds harmless, but created a life-threatening blockage. Like so many families, Kelley’s could barely afford the diagnostic charges and had nothing left for the required surgery. They were faced with having to euthanize their beloved dog. Then KodiakCare stepped in and paid the surgical costs. KodiakCare was formed to provide funding for life-saving veterinary care for families with limited financial means.
